Drink & Grill Bar

“Drink & Grill” — a grill bar in a lounge-table format. The mood is set by three materials: patinated copper on the back-bar wall, oak laid herringbone in a zigzag ceiling, and glass block on the partition that diffuses the evening light from the storefront.

The plan keeps the bar zone back-to-back with the lounge, so guests don’t cross sightlines and each scenario of the evening (a drink at the counter, a circle in the lounge, a grill-side dinner) plays out on its own. Concrete floors, leather sofas, brass pendants — an industrial base softened by lived-in textures.
